TERMS OF SERVICE
- We offer 14 day returns/exchanges, and 14 day refunds for any product purchased in store and online.
- Returns specifically exclude personalised products.
- Where applicable, the product must be in its original packaging & state with all seals intact as at the point of sale.
- The goods are unused and undamaged.
- All returned goods are inspected to ensure that they are undamaged, unused and in the original packaging.
- Rogue reserves the right to refuse a return if the product shows signs of use, has been damaged or is not in the original packaging.
- INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Rogue is NOT liable for any Tax or Duty Fees that occur after the parcel has left our factory.
- SALE ITEMS: No returns or refunds on sale items will be accepted, however an exchange for a different size or colour may be requested within 14 days of purchase.
- Repairs & delivery will be done at the cost of the customer; unless stated otherwise.
- Please note that the customer will be liable for courier costs in the case of sizing mistakes & incorrect style ordered.
WARRANTY
- ALL ROGUE products are covered by our in house warranty, however each claim will be assessed on a case by case basis before a final decision is made.
- Warranty covers any factory defect, such as defective seams, snap or zipper failure, and any product irregularity that differs from tolerances set for any product specification.
- Any defect resulting from abuse or misuse of products are not covered by any warranties and do not qualify for our exchange policy. All products are subject to inspection and a Proof of Purchase before any warranties will be considered by Rogue.
